What we collect

• Account details: your email address and display name.
• Your Blueprint and activity: goals, diet style, household size, meals logged, habits, hydration, pantry items, programs and coach conversations.
• Subscription status from our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.
• Basic technical data needed to run and secure the app.

Why we use it

To create your meal plans, grocery lists and Mediterranean Score™, to let your AI coach remember what matters to you, to manage your trial and subscription, and to keep the service working and secure.

AI processing

Coach messages and the profile context needed to answer them are sent to our AI model provider to generate a reply. We do not sell your data and we do not use it to advertise to you.

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers that run BellaVita! — hosting and database, AI model processing and payment processing — and only as needed to deliver the app, or where required by law.

Your choices

You can edit your Blueprint and coach memory, clear your coach history, and cancel your subscription from Settings at any time. You can request deletion of your account and its data by emailing bellavitainfo@gmail.com; your data is kept only while your account is active or as needed for legal and accounting purposes.

Security

Your data is stored in a managed cloud database with per-user access rules, so signed-in users can only reach their own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
